1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, making a room reservation, or staying at any hotel property owned or operated by Bawa Hotels Private Limited("Bawa Hotels"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable hotel rules and statutory regulations.

2. Reservations & Identification Requirements

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room and register at check-in.
• All Indian citizens must present a valid government-approved original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon arrival. As per Indian government regulations, PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identification for hotel check-in.
• All foreign nationals and NRI guests must present a valid Passport and valid Indian Visa or OCI card at check-in.
• All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by Bawa Hotels.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Standard Check-In Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) IST.
• Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 (12:00 PM) IST.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges as per hotel tariff policies.

4. Rates, Taxes & Payment Terms

Room rates listed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Rates are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory government levies. Full payment or valid credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in. Bawa Hotels accepts major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI payments through secure channels.

5. Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy

Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies may vary from property to property, as well as depending on the room category, rate plan, and promotional package chosen. The specific cancellation guidelines and refund terms applicable to your reservation are explicitly specified during the booking process and on your reservation confirmation voucher.

6. Guest Conduct & Property Policies

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests:

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available. Violators will be subject to deep cleaning charges.
• Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 22:00 (10:00 PM) IST.

7. Limitation of Liability

In-room safety deposit lockers are provided for guest convenience. Bawa Hotels assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to cash, jewelry, electronic devices, or valuable personal items not secured in safety lockers or deposited with hotel management.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
